"Memang dengan dasar-dasar seperti itu orang tidak akan mendapatkan penurunan berat badan yang banyak, tapi ini lebih bagus dan masuk akal ketimbang harus kecewa lagi dan kecewa lagi dengan jalan pintas melalui obat-obatan," ungkap Kilham.
