4 Effect Happens When You Lose Weight

Weight-loss program will have implications for the physiological and psychological person living it. There are at least four effects that are often experienced by people today lose weight.

Sometimes people feel fantastic when I discovered her weight decreased, but there is also a feeling miserable or commonly referred to as weight-loss backlash due to the physiological and psychological side effects.

2. Feeling lethargic and irritable
If someone is eating foods low in calories and not eating fruits rich in antioxidants, it will increase the feeling lethargic, weak, headaches and irritability that commonly arise during weight loss.

For that eating foods that can boost immunity, such as fruits, vegetables rich in antioxidants will optimize health, and eat on a regular schedule to maintain the consistency of the body.

3. Hunger hormone will increase
Studies show when people lose weight then the hunger hormone (Ghrelin) will increase. This is one of the survival mechanism of the body so it makes a person difficult to maintain his diet.

An effective strategy is to have a regular eating schedule so that helps train the body to regulate appetite, eating foods with vegetable fat and rich in fiber which helps to feel full longer and get enough sleep.

4. Have a high emotional level
When starting a healthy eating program, will usually experience a high emotional content that can make a person easy to give up if you do not have a strong determination. Changes that occur is difficult, but keep thinking about the reasons why you should do this.
